Naga Lipudi Career, Science and Resource Centre, located in the historic municipal building of the Mogale City Local Municipality is an initiative driven by the Local Municipality. The Centre was funded by Rand Water Foundation and was developed by Bushbaby Communication to serve the high schools of greater Gauteng and beyond.

The Careers by Colour model of the Centre promises to guide young people to identify a career or training path through creative interaction with career data. It offers learners the opportunity to create an individualised interest profile and to interactively explore a wide range of exciting career possibilities through multi-media.

Learners are empowered to make informed educational, training and occupational choices and perform proper career path planning and implementation.

The Career Centre is one of a series of Bushbaby Communication’s Careers by Colour career centres offering career guidance services to thousands of learners across South Africa. Bushbaby Communication, who owns and manages the Careers by Colour model, bases the success of the model on the effective use of innovative, digital interactive platforms and techniques for effective, content-driven career guidance.
